To upgrade, downgrade, addon, or to cancel your hosting with us, please log in to to your account: https://www.gm-innovations.com/accounts/
- To upgrade or downgrade your current hosting package, click on 'My Services', then click on the product ('Active' icon to the right) you wish to change. In the side menu of that page 'Actions', select the 'Upgrade/Downgrade' tab.
- To add extra disk space and/or extra MySql databases (if available for this account) click on 'My Services', then click on the product ('Active' icon to the right) you wish to change. In the side menu of that page 'Actions', select the 'Upgrade/Downgrade Options' tab.
- To cancel your current hosting package, click on 'My Services', then click on the product ('Active' icon to the right) you wish to change. In the side menu of that page 'Actions', select the 'Request Cancellation' tab.
Please note that to cancel hosting and avoid further charges to your account, you agreed to and are required to request cancellation per our Terms Of Service: http://www.gm-innovations.com/terms.php
Once we receive your request, we may send you an invoice for prorated amount due to reflect change in services. Once that invoice has been paid, we will complete the requested changes.
